Linhas Críticas journal (printed ISSN 1516-4896 / e-ISSN 1981-0431), created on July 6, 1995 and edited by the Faculty of Education of the University of Brasília (UnB), is a rolling pass annual publication (Jan-Dec), aimed at researchers, professors and students in the educational area to encourage debate, reflection and dissemination of scientific production at national and international levels. Linhas Críticas publishes original articles written by Brazilian and foreign authors with any level of education, that present consistency, rigor and originality in the approach of the proposed themes, resulting from scientific research, focusing on themes in the educational area, as well as book reviews, theoretical essays, interviews and tributes to education professionals. Articles, essays, reviews and interviews in Portuguese, Spanish or English can be submitted for evaluation. Articles that are relevant to the Brazilian educational context, already published in other languages, and may be translated and published with the indication of our Editorial Committee. Translated manuscripts published in this modality will not be submitted to the peer review process. If approved for publication, the translation will have the same authors as the original publication, with credit to the translators. The journal has been published online since 2007, with universal and free access, on the Portal dos Periódicos da UnB, under the responsibility of the Central Library of UnB, by the Open Journal Systems (OJS). Linhas Críticas does not charge Article Processing Charges (APC), submission fee or article publication fee. The journal's title is Linhas Críticas, and should be used in references and citations. |
