Sobre a história e a teoria da forma escolar

O artigo, ao se interrogar se a crise atual da escola pode ser interpretada como o fim de um modelo escolar ou o fim de uma predominância, a forma escolar, propõe-se a conceituar forma escolar, recorrendo a uma análise sócio- histórica da constituição da escola na França. Para tanto, debruça-se sobre sociedades orais e sociedades escritas, relacionando modos de conhecimento a maneiras de exercício do poder. Concluí afirmando que se, a escola está em crise e pode vir a desaparecer como instituição social, é porque a forma escolar de socialização é hoje hegemônica.

The article aims discuss the concept of school shape, through a social and historical approach, focusing the constitution of primary school in France. It questions the idea of a schooling model. To do so, it analysis oral and written societies, relating their knowledge to their exercise of power. Finally, the article claims that if the school is at a turning point its not because its end is close, but because the school shape had spread all over the social institutions.

Educação, arte e política: reflexões sobre o Sofista, o Político e a República de Platão

Refletindo sobre as noções de verdade, de justiça e da arte de governar nos escritos de Platão, superamos o paradigma da autonomia da arte e as contradições entre o pensamento e a ação ou entre a atividade intelectual e a artística e a atividade prática e política. Arte e política não têm fim em si mesmas e devem ser pensadas como inseridas dentro de um projeto que tem como fundamento e fim último a educação do cidadão e a construção de uma vida melhor e mais justa. Dessa forma, não apenas estudamos o sentido que a arte, a política e a educação encontram no filósofo grego como também inquirimos o próprio sentido e limites que elas tomam na contemporaneidade e propomo-lhes novos desafios. O problema da arte, da política e da educação atual não gira em torno de questões técnicas: é um problema hermenêutico e gira em torno da questão do sentido. E a investigação desse sentido é o nosso propósito neste artigo.

Na investigation of the notion of truth, of justice and of the art of governance in Platos writings allow us to overcome the paradigm of art autonomy as well as the contradictions between thought and action, or in other words, the contractions between the intellectual and artistic activities and the pragmatic and political actions. Art and politics do not have an end in themselves and must be thought within a project that has as its basis and final aim the education of the citizen and the building of a better and fairer life. Thus it is investigated here not just the meaning that art, politics and education have in the works of the Greek philosopher, but it is also inquired the meaning limits that they acquire in contemporary culture, what opens the way to have a new and challenging approach to them. The problem of contemporary art, politics and education does not lie in technical questions: it is a hermeneutic problem that pertains to lhe question of meaning. The investigation of such meaning is the purpose of the present paper.

Rastreando memória femininas, reconstituindo histórias de leitoras

Este artigo discute alguns aspectos do projeto Álbum de Leitura: memória de vida, histórias de leitoras. Através deles é objetivado construir um panorama de investigação e problematizar questões do seu itinerário teórico e metodológico: as fontes históricas, as práticas de leitura e os percursos da análise.

Leitura e escrita nas vozes de futuros professores

Este estudo integra uma pesquisa institucional que teve como objetivo analisar as práticas de leitura e escrita em escolas de formação de professores. Privilegiando, como material de estudo para o presente trabalho, as entrevistas realizadas com o intuito de desvelar o envolvimento dos alunos, futuros professores, com a leitura e a escrita. O presente artigo foi construído entrelaçando os dados empíricos ao referencial teórico- metodológico, fundamentando-se na teoria crítica da cultura e da modernidade, em especial nos ensaios de Walter Banjamin, trazendo, também, contribuições de Mickhail Bakhtin. Teve como perspectiva entender a leitura e a escrita como experiência. Concluímos o estudo pretendendo estabelecer um diálogo com seus leitores, diálogo esse que possibilitará recriações sucessivas do texto.

This study integrates an institutional research with the purpose of analyzing writing and reading practices into teachers courses. We appraise as a material of study for this research, the interviews performed with the intention to stimulate the involvement of current pupils, teachers of the future, with reading and writing practices. This present article was elaborated interlacing empiric data to the theoric-methodological empiric point of reference, basing itself on the critical theory of culture and modernity, specially on the Walter Benjamins essays and also bringing out Mikhail Bakhtins contribution. Our purpose was to understand the reading and writing practices as an experience. We concluded this study, intending to establish a dialog with its readers. This dialog will make possible successive recreations of the text.

A determinação onto-societária do educar ou pra uma crítica da vontade educativa

Neste artigo desejamos discutir os principais pressupostos teóricos e sociais das mais recentes propostas pedagógicas, bem como as conseqüências reais destes para a prática educacional. Nesse sentido, tentaremos trazer à luz o caráter contraditório da forma social contemporânea, que constitui o solo do qual nascem, de modo inconsciente ou não, as perspectivas aqui criticadas. A presente investigação crítica tenciona também propor, ao mostrar os limites e aspectos mais fracos das referidas posições, a recuperação da prática educacional como exercício de formação da individualidade.

In this article we want to discuss the main theoretical and social pressupositions of the most recent pedagogical propositions and also their real consequences to the educational practices. In this sense, we will try to throw a light on the contradictory character of the contemporary social form, that constitutes the ground where all perspectives here critized are born, unconsciously or not. The present critical investigation also intends to propose, showing the limitations and weaker aspects of those mentioned pedagogical positions, the recuperation of the educational practice as an exercise of individual formation.

NEDDATE - Núcleo de Estudos, Documentação e Dados sobre Trabalho e Educação (UFF). Balanço de atividades e perspectivas

Este texto apresenta as atividades de pesquisa, ensino e extensão que o grupo desenvolve, refletindo sobre as tendências teórico-práticas das mesmas. Procura demonstrar que tais atividades são desenvolvidas com, o apoio ou em articulação com os diversos cursos, pesquisas e setores da Faculdade de Educação da UFF e de outras instituições afins. Na primeira seção, apresenta a origem e as dimensões institucionais do Núcleo; na segunda, o trabalho e o acervo relativos a documentação e dados; na terceira, o desenvolvimento da pesquisa e seus eixos temáticos; a seguir, as ações de intercâmbio, extensão e colaboração com, outra instituições; por último, uma síntese das questões.

The article presents the activities of research, teaching and extension, developed by this group and reflects onits theorical-practical tendencies. It tries to demonstrate that such activities are developed as a support or in articulation with different courses, researches and sections of the College of Education of the UFF and similar institutions. In the first part, it presents the origin and institutional dimensions of the center; in the second part, the work and the collection related to the documentation and data; in the third one, the development of research and its thematic points. Then, it presents the exchanges, extension and collaboration with other institutions; and a synthesis of the thematic and methodological question which guide the activities of NEDDATE.

Grupo Trabalho- Educação da Fundação Carlos Chagas e da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo

Este texto procura mostrar o itinerário de pesquisa do grupo interinstitucional de pesquisa sobre as relações trabalho/educação da Fundação Carlos Chagas e da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Apresenta os problemas enfrentados pelos pesquisadores no entendimento das práticas sociais relacionadas diretamente à produção, bem como as pesquisas e eventos realizados para dar conta de seu estudo. Em um segundo momento descreve a compreensão sobre a temática, derivada do acúmulo produzido na etapa anterior. No momento atual, o grupo põe como perspectiva o entendimento do trabalho como valor cultural e como elemento fundante das práticas sociais desenvolvidas no cotidiano escolar.

This text tries to show the development of research by the interinstitutional research group on the relation work/education of the Fundação Carlos Chagas and of the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. It presents the problems faced by the researches in the comprehension of the social practices directly related to the production, as well as the researches and events done in order to accomplish this study. It also describes the comprehension about the theme, which is a result of the accumulation of information achieved in the previous stage. At the moment, the group is establishing as perspective the understanding of work as cultural value and as a supporting element of the social practices developed in the everyday school life.

Núcleo Trabalho e Educação do Programa de Mestrado e Doutorado em Educação da Universidade Federal do Ceará - NTE/UFC

O texto que sintetiza as atividades do Núcleo de Trabalho e Educação da Faculdade de Educação da Universidade Federal de Ceará, centrado no projeto de pesquisa integrada encetado pelo Núcleo nos dois últimos anos, concentra o espectro das linhas de pesquisa fundamentais e das áreas de interesse e atuação dos pesquisadores docentes e discentes (mestrandos e doutorandos). Sintetizados sob o enfoque básico da análise de reestruturação produtiva capitalista, os estudos se concentram no desvendamento das novas formas assumidas pela reprodução social- metabólica do capital; no estudo dos processos políticos, educacionais em geral, e qualificacionais engrenados hegemonicamente a partir dessa novas formas; e das respostas articuladas pela classe trabalhadora em suas lutas anti-capital.

The text that synthesizes the activies of the Center for Work and Education of the College of Education of the Federal University of Ceará, based on the center in the last two years, concentrates on the spectrum of fundamental research fields and areas of interest and performance of the faculty and student body (Doctoral and Masters Degree students). Summarized under the basic focus of the analysis of capitalist productive restructuration, the studies concentrate on the revelation of the new ways taken on by the social-metabolic reproduction of the capital and on the study of political, educational, and qualificational processes, which are hegemonically produced by these new ways and by the answers provided by the working class and their anti-capital struggles.

Trabalho e educação no PPGE/UFSC: Trajetória e perspectivas

Este artigo apresenta a trajetória e as perspectivas da linha de pesquisa em Educação e Trabalho do Programa de Pós- Graduação da UFSC, a partir de três eixos: um breve histórico sobre a criação da linha, enfocando os principais temas de estudo, suas modificações e a relação com o debate nacional e o movimento social; as pesquisas desenvolvidas pelos integrantes da linha e suas principais tendências, estas abrangem amplo espectro de temas que podem ser agrupados em torno de três grandes frentes de investigação: Reestruturação produtiva, qualificação e acumulação capitalista; Trabalho, cooperativas e ação coletiva e Trabalho e política educacional, a experiência do Núcleo de Estudos sobre as transformações do Mundo do Trabalho, seus projetos permanentes, temas de estudo e perspectivas atuais.

This article presents the trajectory and perspectives of the research Field in Education and Work in the Graduate Program at UFSC, from three main points: a brief account of the creation of the Field, focusing on the main study issues; its modifications and the relation with the national debate and social movement; the researches developed by the members of this field and their main tendencies, which involve a broad spectrum of issues which can be grouped around three broad fronts of investigation: productive restructuration qualification and capitalist accumulation; Work, co-operatives and collective action, and Work and educational policy; the experience of the center for studies on the Transformation in the World of Work, its continuous projects, issues of study and recent perspectives.

A pesquisa e as perspectivas do campo Trabalho e Educação no NETE - Núcleo de Estudos sobre Trabalho e Educação da Faculdade de Educação da UFMG.

Este texto trata da contribuição do Núcleo de Estudos sobre Trabalho e Educação (NETE) para o desenvolvimento das bases materiais e de organização da pesquisa sobre Trabalho e Educação na Faculdade Federal de Minas Gerais. Ele aborda as tendências e perspectivas de desenvolvimento das pesquisas desse núcleo, reveladas pelo espectro temático que vem sendo trabalhado a partir dos seguintes eixos: Trabalho e Políticas Públicas; Trabalho, Tecnologia e Educação. Aborda, ainda, as referências teóricas básicas que unificam as investigações, as temáticas fundamentais que precisariam ser mais exploradas e os desafios que se colocam à reflexão sobre a prática formativa e de investigação, implementada nesse espaço coletivo de trabalho cientifico.

This article demonstrates the contribution of the Center for Studies on Work and Education (NETE) for the development of basic materials and the structuring of the research on Work and Education in the College of Education of the Federal University of Minas Gerais. It approaches the tendencies and perspectives of development of the researches of this center, revealed by thematic range which has been approached from following points: Work and Public policies; Work, Subjectivity and Human Formation; Work, Technology and Education. Moreover, it involves, the theoretical basic references that unify the investigations, the essential themes, which needed to be further explored, and the emerging challenges about formative practice and investigation, implemented in this collective space of scientific work.
