Abstract

VORPAGEL, Fernanda Seidel  and  COUSIN, Cláudia da Silva. (Auto)biographical narrative:. e-Curriculum [online]. 2023, vol.21, e58986.  Epub Feb 26, 2024. ISSN 1809-3876.  https://doi.org/10.23925/1809-3876.2023v21e58986.

A reflexive (auto)biographical writing about the formative experiences of the teacher, researcher and environmental educator is presented, as a strategy for the interpretation and emergence of pedagogical meanings of being a teacher. How does (auto)biographical writing contribute to the understanding of the foundational experiences in the formative process of the environmental teacher-educator? The narrative is centered on a Research-Training scenario and based on the phenomenological and hermeneutic method, in attention to the four structuring categories for the reflection of the research process: spatiality; corporeality; temporality and relationality (Van Manen, 2003). It is understood that the experience can constitute different signs and meanings, attributed by the subjectivity of the subject, according to the socio-environmental circumstantiality of the moment lived.

Keywords : (auto)biography; environmental education; lived experience; teacher training; reflection.
