In this text, we approach an experience of formation-research with a group of students of Pedagogy, with the purpose of understanding the processes of professional development of teaching built after the supervised internship and their senses in their formative trajectories. The aim is to problematize these practices through the study of narratives, involving problem situations or episodic cases, in order to investigate what they see, what they think and what they do, perceiving the limits of their decisions and actions and understanding the formative process as a broader principle and the teacher's profession, as well as the social practices related to them. The learning and narrated knowledge allow us to see the singularities and potentialities for the teacher training, intertwined with the movement of resignifications in a specific context of the teaching work, giving other meanings to the professional knowledge.
