Abstract

RODRIGUEZ, Milagros Elena. Ethics, liberation and political philosophy in the freirian legacy: a transmethodic analysis. Conjectura: filos. e Educ. [online]. 2022, vol.27, e022041.  Epub Apr 10, 2024. ISSN 2178-4612.  https://doi.org/10.18226/21784612.v27.e022041.

In the planetary decolonial project as a complex objective, we support ethics, liberation and political philosophy in the Freirian legacy from a transmethodical analysis. Under rhizomatic deconstruction. In which we reveal important edges for the analysis of these categories. The inquiry leads continuous studies in the line of research entitled: Paulo Freire: the wanderer of utopia in transmethodologies. In the reconstruction, beyond finished conclusions, we reveal essences of utopia in Freirian praxis in the field of action of oppression, beyond the dead letters of the curricula and the circumventing policies of the moment disguised as decolonial. In the Freirian legacy, it is worth recognizing being and doing as an irrevocably summoning conjunction to liberation, a political philosophy of service and faith in the human being, bogged down by his pain and revealing his potential for greatness of creation. Urgent awareness-awareness that there is no popular education, liberating without ethics, ethics is inescapable for Paulo Freire, guide to action, anthropoethics in responsibility in action and political action towards the oppressed. Hope for the oppressed and love for human beings; that stature of the pedagogue must be taken into the analyzes considering that he led the struggle of the oppressed and that he taught him how to empower himself in his struggle, which was that of his fellow countryman, which is that of each oppressed that screams in the world; but also the one who is silent. Much of the one who is silent, the conformist and defenseless.

Keywords : Ethics; Release; Political philosophy; Paulo Freire.
