In this text, the author sought to identify the guidelines along which the subject of memory is being researched in the Human Sciences, specifically in Education. The importance of the subject is emphasized in order that learner behavior in the classroom may be comprehended. Also underscored is the theoretical and methodological attention to be given by the researchers working on the subject.
