In this paper, which emerged from our doctorate thesis, we aim at discussing the educational management from a transversal perspective. We consider that different juridical-constitutional aspects do not establish democracy but it is established by multiple collective actions which act transversally in different educational times/spaces. Taking this into consideration, we emphasize both a new conception of management as well as the necessity of stating the political pedagogical project as a ‘transversal democratic tool’. In conclusion, we advocate that the interventions in participation, which are part of the school and the educational system, are not enough to stop democratic actions in management processes.
