Abstract

The work inquires about the existing options within the cultural education Field, to face the new practices that the contemporaneous technological revolution represents in the modern forms of communication. It is set forth in a proposal that, taking into account the economic, political, social, and cultural characteristic of Latin-American nations, allows the joining together of the traditional cultural form embodied in the reading, with the utilization of the new systems, but always keeping in mind that the discourses expressed by them are historical products.
