This work proposes a methodology to the creation and analysis of Fuzzy logic based questionnaires for assessment program evaluation. Lofti Zodeh created fuzzy logic with the aim of dealing with imprecise concepts of the daily life, in contrast to classical logic, based on binary concepts (true/false). This methodology was applied in practice to a case study, which tries to extract the students career expectations of several biomedical science classes from a particular University. The achieved results were encouraging, showing that fuzzy logic concepts could be applied to evaluation questionnaires, specially those with highly subjective questions.
