Abstract

This paper shows a model of public politics to reduce the scholar violence and to promote the peace culture, focusing on the prevention and mediation of conflicts. This is a result of a paper presented to the Department of Education of a big city in Brazil, which was improved by discussions involving state public agents and managers of the public system of education. It puts fowards the hypothesis that the schools have assembled thoroughly distinct students; such situation motivates the conflicts and those which are not solved turn into violence. This paper shows concepts, typology and specific actions to the implementation of public politics; as well as a questionnaire to drive discussions and data collecting.
