This article has as main objective: to analyze the academic productions on the teaching of Mathematics for deaf students in the database of dissertations and theses of Graduate Programs of the Federal University of Pará, Federal University of São Carlos and Universidade Anhanguera of São Paulo. Thus, it is based on a bibliographic research, of the meta-analysis type. To collect the data, the following keywords were searched in the title of academic research: mathematics, deaf, teaching, Libras. In view of this, the results found show different approaches ranging from teaching practice, mathematical content to technology. In addition, two challenges that deaf students face in teaching mathematics learning became evident: the interpretation of mathematical statements and the absence of specific signs in the area of m athematics.
