Abstract

The article points out the importance of teacher evaluation by students, both as a tool to improve the quality of education and as a means to democratize the social relations on campus. Although recognizing the difficulties to get such a process started, this discussion proposes the implementation of a system with a constructive rather than punitive purpose. Such a process would be centered on an active learning model, with ethical implications and social commitment. Attached is a suggestion of a questionnaire which could be used for such an evaluation.
