Our objective is to discover the nexus and tensions that cause governments, entrepreneurs and educators to work jointly around the thesis that it is urgent and necessary to mobilize “civil society” to participate actively in the “rescue” of public schools. Lastly, to point out that this mobilization and government programs mask practices that deepen social exclusion by removing references and content relating to social rights.
