This article results from a case study of in philosophy with children and young people. The purpose was to identify the knowledge that teachers transfer from the training to their daily pedagogical practices and to perceive the way they do it. The results show changes in the adaptation and reinvention of the techniques used in the training and in the consolidation of the work in the classroom. Teachers value the techniques of questioning, dialogue while joint construction of knowledge and exploration of concepts. They also use these practices in the management of behavior and in the emotional education of children and young people.
