The approval of the National Education Plan in Law n. 13.005/2014 determined that the states, the Federal District and the municipalities should draw up their corresponding education plans or adjust the plans already approved by law, in accordance with the goals and strategies set out in NEP. This paper presents a documentary study from the study of the Education Plans of seven (07) states of northern Brazil that met the legal deadline and sought to approach the targets set in NEP 2014. This study aims to analyze the institutionalization of education supply policy full-time, focused on goal 06, NEP 2014, as well as it is expressed in the strategies of these State Plans in order to understand how the states planned the implementation of this policy. It was concluded that some States have focused on the goals and strategies the real needs to materialize the implementation of full-time in their schools of Basic Education.
