This article, linked to the ongoing research “Analysis of the mapping of strategies for privatization of basic education in Brazil: actors, programs and consequences for public education”- 2nd phase, aims to discuss the possible implications and consequences of Instituto Unibanco's Jovem de Futuro Program for access to the Human Right to Education. The analysis will focus on the enrollment conditions presented in a set of 24 schools in the public state network of Pará, selected in the municipality of Santarém, whose program was in operation, alternately, between 2012 and 2018. The years 2011 to 2018 were selected for the study, respectively the year before the start of the program implementation in the state and its closing year. For that, it used the data collected by the research, obtained from primary sources, official websites, documentation available from Instituto Unibanco, in addition to the literature on the subject. The study showed, based on the characteristics: availability, accessibility, acceptability, adaptability and social control, that the Jovem de Futuro Program did not result in advances in the conditions of educational provision, as fundamental elements for the development of the Human Right to Education, nor did it achieve the results determined for the period.
