ROLDAO, Flávia Diniz  and  SA, Ricardo Antunes de. Aesthetic experience and the reconnection of knowledge in education: an essay from the theoretical assumptions of Complex Thought. Educação. Porto Alegre [online]. 2023, vol.46, n.1, e44387. ISSN 1981-2582.  https://doi.org/10.15448/1981-2582.2023.1.44387.

The text is a theoretical-bibliographical essay. It discusses the idea of the reconnection of knowledge and aesthetic experience as expressed in Complex Thought proposed by Edgar Morin. It seeks to support the need for the reconnection of different types of knowledge, as advocated by the author, and emphasizes the issue of aesthetic experiences in school and university educational processes, as a fundamental human dimension. The theoretical and bibliographical reflection bets on the possibility of a complex, pertinent, and humanizing education for students, highlighting the importance of accepting the aesthetic dimension in human education.
