This article is the result of empirical research with analysis of the relationship between projects supported by partnerships and environmental education practices. By constituting a small section of a doctoral research, the objective is to address strategic partnerships and the formatting of environmental education projects, in the quality of environmental responsibility programs of an agribusiness company. We have the understanding that the articulation of the themes occurs in a set of practices involving social actors, the State in a given territory. The research problem articulates the interfaces in strategic actions between actors, state control bodies and teachers and students. The methodology consisted of apprehending the strategies for obtaining hegemony based on the ideas of social responsibility and socio-environmental sustainability, present in the educational projects, proposed by the company, in a region that encompasses municipalities considered to be agribusiness hubs. We used as collection procedures the survey of documentation and interviews with teachers and educational managers. The research concluded that the company's political-pedagogical project made possible practices under analysis, associated with the homogenization of differentiated living conditions and with ways of making tensions and conflicts invisible, which tend to produce conformity in the face of environmental problems, attributing to it the strategic role of reproduction of capital interests and market logic in a given territory.
