The present text expresses a way of thinking and living reality, a professional performance mode, as well as it shows too how teachers acknowledge and fullfil their pedagogical practice with the students. Those professionals live, themselves, the students role, in the sense as protagonists and responsible for their critical autonomy. There is also along the discussion a presentation of a portfolio as a reflection device and, therefore, of evaluation in its own way and a path to competence building in students and teachers. As a result of this, the text presents processing articulated learning-teaching variables, which might enable teachers in the analysis of their own practice, in a more and more reflective way.
