Abstract

LIMA, Marcelo  and  MERCES, Tatiana das. Historical relations of CNE/CP Resolution No. 1/2021: implications for teacher training in Professional Education. Rev. Diálogo Educ. [online]. 2021, vol.21, n.71, pp.1563-1582.  Epub Jan 26, 2022. ISSN 1981-416X.  https://doi.org/10.7213/1981-416x.21.071.ds04.

This work aims to analyze the historical trajectory of teacher education for Professional and Technological Education (EPT) in Brazil. It analyzes different official documents that regulate teaching in EPT from the 1990s to the present scenario and dialogues with academic productions in the field of Work and Education, such as Frigotto, Machado, Moura and Ciavatta, which deal with the flexibilization and precariousness of teaching in this modality of teaching. EPT teacher education policies suffer significantly from the discontinuity and fragmentation of actions by governments: most have an emergency and provisional nature, therefore, they do not guarantee a pedagogical work that asserts itself in the emancipatory perspective of students and that goes beyond logic from training to the market.
