Abstract

In this research, we seek to unveil the processes of formation of two trainers of teachers, who work in continuing education programs in place by SEE/SP, using the freirean historical Praxis as theoretical-methodological basis. We conducted semistructured interviews to collect the stories of life, we analyze the data through the communicative methodology-critical assumptions and freirean theory and dialogued with each trainer on the analysis and results. The research has indicated that the trainers are formed on the subject-subject, subject-object and subject-object-subject relations that are established by the historical conditions of life, work, education, social class, which will provide learning, reflections and the confrontation of the situations that affect and overwhelm, causing accommodation or ruptures, causing barriers or satisfaction, in a constant dialectic movement of do and redo.
