Abstract

ALMEIDA, Júlio Gomes de  and  BUENO, Cristiane Ferreira Passos. BUILDING EVALUATION INDICATORS AT SCHOOL: PARTICIPATION OF STATE EMPLOYEES IN DECISION-MAKING PROCESS. Eccos Rev. Cient. [online]. 2021, n.56, e8511.  Epub Feb 05, 2024. ISSN 1983-9278.  https://doi.org/10.5585/eccos.n56.8511.

This article discusses data from a survey of employees of a municipal public school as part of a broader survey that heard all segments of the school community about educational evaluation. This research2 was carried out in the period 2013-2015 through a partnership between the school and the Master's Program in Education of Universidade de São Paulo and was supported by the Foundation for Research Support of the State of São Paulo (Fapesp). In this section, we discuss the perception of employees about the quality of education and what they consider important to be evaluated at school. The results show that employees are traditionally excluded from pedagogical issues, but they are those who present the most cohesive ideas. Therefore, they are a segment whose contribution to improving the quality of school education shall not be underestimated.
