In this work we conducted a survey of dissertations and theses defended defended with research between 2000 and 2015, related to the use of educational technologies, which were developed in the Graduate Program in Education, Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul. The jobs were located in the book of abstracts available in the program. We sought to identify the focus of the work is related to the use of educational technologies by analyzing the titles and abstracts, consulting where necessary the full text. Then we analyze the 33 works found using as instrument a plug of analysis of dissertations and theses. Grouped the work into seven thematic categories, and the most investigated were: "teaching practice with technology", "teaching and/or learning mathematics," "technology, education and teachers' conceptions”, “teaching and/or learning of science" and "teacher training". Were also studied topics such as "educational policies" and "educational psychology". The results of such document analysis show that there are still many gaps to be filled, such as the difficulty of finding issues of fundamental importance, as "teacher training" and "educational policies" which have been little investigated and are just between the years 2002-2005.
