Abstract: The main objective of this research is to evaluate the results of the high school class of education of youth and adults at a distance from the Salvador Center, a problem of this research, as well as seek so to answer the extent to which the offer of education of young people and adults to distance contributes to raising the education of workers in the Bahian industry. As specific objectives, we sought to verify whether the Education of young people and adults at a distance has enabled the increase of the education of workers in the Bahian industry, analyze the results and indicators and verify whether the program has enabled the access of graduates to other levels of training. For the methodological paths of the investigation, a qualitative approach was chosen, and questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, documentary research, participant observation were used for the collection of information. For the analysis of the information, we adopted the comprehensive-interpretative analysis of the narratives for the composition of the history of education of young people and adults in SESI Bahia and the objective of evaluating the results of education of young people and adults at a distance. The findings indicate satisfactory results in relation to the objectives proposed for this research. Regarding the specific objective 1, the information indicates that the distance EJA program in the Salvador Center serves more community subjects than workers and industry dependents, in a proportion of 55% of students in the community and 45% workers and dependents industry. Specific objective 2, which concerns the results indicators, indicates a success rate of 71% approval against 29% of evasion, which reveals that the distance EJA program has a positive impact. The specific objective 3 concerns the possibilities that the EJA distance offers in relation to the continuity of studies, under this logic 27% of the student were able to access other levels of training in higher and technical courses.
