This paper aims to analyze the school practice embodied in the teaching proposal of the Physical Education PIBID at UEM-PR (2014-2017). We performed the analysis of a series of lesson plans objectified by the Pibid students for an 8th grade class at a public elementary school in the city of Maringá-PR, through the dialectical hermeneutics. We concluded that the theoretical assumptions that guided the school practice have contributed to the initial teacher training of PIBID students, as they made possible to approximate school theory and practice under a Critical-Overcoming Perspective, based on the Historical-Critical Pedagogy, and on the human development conception under the Cultural Historical-Theory.
