This paper analyzes how a teaching group conceives learning and how conceptions affect pedagogical practices. This study involved a qualitative approach through critical-collaborative action research, based on the possibilities of sensitive listening. The research emerges from the school context with teachers of a School of Basic Education of the Municipal Education Network of a municipality of Southern Brazil. The results indicate that the research participants share a conception of learning based on interaction and understand knowledge as a continuous phenomenon throughout life.
