Abstract

The article analyzes some of the main theoretical notes and debates that involve the studies on the US organization Teach For America (TFA) and its global network Teach For All, an initiative that has been notable for its strong support for educational reforms of a liberalizing nature. Taking as a starting point the notion that neoliberalization processes have allowed the circulation of new prototypes of policies oriented to the expansion of market logic, the paper also approaches the arrival and attempt of consolidation in the country of the organization Teach Brazil, the national arm of the TFA.
