This paper presents an analysis of the curricular documents that guide the (re)elaboration of curricula after the Secondary Education reform signed in 2017. The objective is to reflect on the discursiveness undertaken by the School of Choice model in the training of young-student-subjects, seeking to understand how subjectivities have been produced and formatted bodies idealized by this educational logic. The support is in the field of post-critical theories and from Foucault’s analytical lenses it is understood that guiding documents are, in themselves, a concentration of official discourses that orchestrate, organize and regulate the relationships experienced at school. It is therefore advocated the need to problematize the pedagogical rationality that permeates contemporary curricula and insists on the objectified production of education subjects.
