Abstract

SANTOS, Flávia Andréa dos  and  ABRANCHES, Sérgio Paulino. Mobile Digital Technologies in EJA: territories in motion and the multiterritoriality. e-Curriculum [online]. 2023, vol.21, e61597.  Epub Nov 13, 2023. ISSN 1809-3876.  https://doi.org/10.23925/1809-3876.2023v21e61597.

This article deals with the encounter of the territory of Mobile Digital Technologies with the territory of Youth and Adult Education, the meanings that border this encounter and how the meanings of deterritorialization, reterritorialization and multiterritoriality are inserted in this dialogue. The reflections presented derive from data obtained through a semi-structured interview applied with thirteen teachers who teach in this teaching modality, in Modules I, II or III. As a result, it was observed that multiterritoriality articulates with the constructed sense of belonging as well as with the implications attributed by teachers to the use of these technologies in Youth and Adult Education, which involves, for example, the possibility of contributing to the process literacy programs, minimize age-generational differences and prepare students for the world of work.

Keywords : Youth and Adult Education; mobile digital technology in EJA; territories; multiterritoriality.
