Abstract

This article analyses the conditions in which the education professionals at school, develop their activities and the influences that they suffer during their searching of results that they once have committed to. With this objective it deals with the relationship between the school and the politics, social and economic context, identified as the external environment, in which the school and its professionals are inserted in. After analyzing the external environment the article deals with the daily school reality, identified with the expression Internal Environment, where the professionals exercise their activities. The Internal Environment study begins in the identification of two structures, an explicit one, called formal bureaucratic structure and other, identified as "not formal". The text goes deeper into the relationship between those structures and its more important consequences: The formation of the culture, the under cultures and the school organizational ambient, as well as, the importance of these consequences to the obtainment of the school and its professionals results.
