This study aims to carry out a review of scientific production on education and entrepreneurship to identify characteristics and trends in research carried out on this relationship. The analyzes carried out here are intended to indicate methodological, institutional, temporal and spatial prevalences of the studies carried out on the issue, but they also intend to indicate how the topic of entrepreneurship is addressed in studies that link it to Education. It was possible to identify, in two decades, a marked growth in academic production that articulates the discussion between education and entrepreneurship. Two major areas, Education and Administration, produce the greatest number of studies. The initial research hypothesis, that studies carried out in the field of Education has a problematizing, questioning and critical stance on the relationship between education and entrepreneurship was not confirmed. The absolute prevalence of linked studies with the indication of paths for the adoption of entrepreneurial education at different levels and teaching modalities was an important finding in this research.
