This essay discusses the use of digital resources and their extensions in the teaching of art in Brazilian schools. The pivot of this reflection is a discussion on the different possibilities of integrating these resources in art and its teaching. It focuses on the need to use the computer and its inputs and outputs as intermediaries in the teaching/learning process of Art for the sake of a critical digital education in cyberspace, with a view to forming appreciators of critical digital art in the context of digital culture.
