In this text, we use of the narrative as a textual genre, research methodology and investigated phenomenon to make some considerations about the movement of networks and teaching collectives in Latin America in the face of neoliberal policies of school deconstruction in the 1990s. To this end, the article highlights principles that can be perceived in the community process of work and organization in teaching networks from the dialogue with knowledge and narrated experiences involving the encounter with cosmologies of traditional peoples of our Latin America, in addition to our own encounter as a possibility of collective weaving of our processes of transformation. The narration of the flows and events of life in the movement of writing makes concepts/ideas such as meeting, listening and care, very dear to the community perspective present in the proposal of work in networks and teaching collectives.
