This study was conducted with older and younger individuals who experienced coexistence in undergraduate courses at the Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS). For that purpose, intergenerationality and its intersections was approached with gender and sexuality. The research was possible by 15 older individuals and 15 young individuals who, by participation, completed a questionnaire providing personal profile data and took part in interviews using a semi-structured script. For the analysis of the sociological profile and discourses, it was employed intersectional constructionist approach and Foucauldian perspective. The majority of the subjects (86,67% of older individuals and 60% of young individuals) were cisgender women. Only among the young individuals is was possible to find black individuals and a plurality of sexual orientations. Is was identified statements that articulated mechanisms of alliance and sexuality. The reflections offer contributions to (re)think and address the social markers of difference from the original perspective of intersectionality: a commitment to social justice.
