We analyzed a theoretical orientation of the trajectory Marxist ontology historical, theoretical and methodological Educational Research in Brazil. We note that the scientific production of hegemonic way nowadays, focuses on analysis of problematic situations restricted to the classroom. The effect of this analytical perspective, we have to build a pragmatic and utilitarian view of research in education. Restricting this way, the gaze and the reflection of the teacher phenomenal sphere of social reality.
