This paper, written in the form of an essay, seeks to discuss the following question: is there a possibility of a possible plot between praxis, Freinet, pandemic and the virtual world under current conditions? With the dual objective of recovering Célestin Freinet’s educational itinerary and questioning the remote educational model assumed as a result of the social distance caused by the covid-19 pandemic, it is argued that school education cannot be tied to a logic that privileges its contents despising the relationship with life. When resuming Freinet’s pedagogy to understand the current context, it is expected, with him, also to face its negative contingencies.
