This article presents data acquired through qualitative research, inspired by the Methodology of Communicative Research. It aims to analyze the perception that technical-administrative servants in education have towards the training courses that are offered by UFMT. The collected data was obtained from in-depth communicative interviews. The information gathered from this research reveals that the Technical-Administrative Servants in education have several ideas that can contribute to improving the Training Program. The research came to the conclusion that Dialogic Learning can be used to bring improvements to Corporate Education.
