This article aims to reflect on the conception of teaching practice as an experience of teacher training. It begins with a series of questions about the philosophy as a school subject; discusses the idea of practice as a curriculum component, questioning some possible interpretations; finally, presents the proposal of UFABC's Philosophy course, analyzing how the five modules of practical teaching constitute in spaces of formative experience of teachers.
