The expansion of Higher Education was followed by dropout increase. This was related, mostly, to predictors characteristics of students; curricular changes would revert the current rates. In this context, students have been considered as a unique category, homogenized by the selective process. At University of São Paulo, e.g., the students are treated by USPs students. In order to verify the profiles of freshmen in Engineer, Dentistry and Pedagogy, we compared qualitatively the answers to the questionnaire of Manual da FUVEST from 2007 to 2009. The results indicated several profiles which would be essential in the curricular changes in Higher Education.
