MARQUES, Sâmela de Souza Costa y VILARINHO, Lúcia Regina Goulart. TRAINING TRANSFER SUPPORT: AN EVALUATIVE STUDY OF A FEDERAL AGENCY. Regae: Rev. Gest. Aval. Educ. [online]. 2023, vol.12, n.21, e74192. Epub 12-Dic-2023. ISSN 2318-1338. https://doi.org/10.5902/2318133874192.
The study evaluated support for transfer of training after completion of a course. It was based on the Integrated Training Impact Assessment Model (Impact Model), which analyzes the dependence between the results of training and the existence of an organizational environment favorable to the performance of its participants. The evaluative approach focused on course participants, with data collected from 30 subjects through a transfer support scale, tested and validated semantically and statistically. Among the results is the intermediate position of the psychosocial support provided by the institution, which points to the importance of reflecting on the value that can be added to work processes through training that goes beyond the classroom.
