At UFRGS an attempt has been made in the context of a general course in College Physics to evaluate the combined effects of the Keller and Audio-tutorial systems of individualized instruction in terms of achievement, average number of tests required to complete a unit, time taken, success rate, and Student opinion. As a whole, the results of the analysis indicate that this system can be used as a possible method for teaching Physics and that general student opinion is favorable to the method.
