SOARES, ENíLVIA ROCHA MORATO y OLIVEIRA, ROSE MEIRE DA SILVA E. EVALUATION AND MILITARIZATION OF SCHOOLS IN THE DISTRITO FEDERAL: RELATIONSHIPS AND IMPLICATIONS. Est. Aval. Educ. [online]. 2022, vol.33, e07463. Epub 20-Ago-2022. ISSN 1984-932X. https://doi.org/10.18222/eae.v33.7463.
The aim of this article is to understand the pedagogical work and the evaluation developed in a public school in the Distrito Federal [Federal District], where the Shared Management School Project (civic-military model of school organization) was implemented, as well as its implications for the mastery of learning. Designed as a case study with a qualitative approach, questionnaires were applied and focus groups were held to collect data. The analyses revealed interests that underlie policies of accountability and hierarchical control in the relationships established in the school context. Conflicts between the proposal of the militarization of schools and school organization in cycles were also identified; among them, evaluation practices aimed at the subservience and conformity of subjects.
