This study explored lhe use of video technology as an alternative approach for teaching job skills to students with special needs. Within the job skills context, the effects of video-hased anchored instruction in simulated settings were analyzed. This investigation used an AB design with three subjects within a job task. ln addition, generalization probes in the natural environment were conducted. Results indicated that two of the students reached the educational criterion and showed a high rate of generalization. By contrast, one of the trained students did not reach the educational criterion and showed a low generalized performance.
