This article purpose is relate the results obtained as a study of metaevaluation. The evaluational practice in study is from the psychology course, from the stage of organizational psychology area and from work. Submitting this practice to the four ways of metaevaluation in wich are of utility, feasibility, technical exactness and ethics, we identify the pedagogic tendency that fixes the evaluation. Besides treating the foundation and the elements of evaluation, we present three dimensions of analysis: the practice process, the evaluational practice subject and the subjects in practice. Is concluded establishing the parallel between the orientation of the emergent professional practice in the organizational psychology area and the orientation model of evaluation.
