This paper presents a discussion on evaluation of learning in physics education, specifically in the teaching of classical electrodynamics for High School level. We suggest a teaching proposal based in a constructivistic model designed in order to guarantee that the evaluation and teaching processes be in a same integrated structure. We also provide some considerations based on evaluation and assessment international consensus drawn from the most important publications of science education research area.
