This paper discusses the contribution of science classes that deal with parts of the Brazilian Terrestrial Ecosystem’s in terms of the relationships between emotional aspects and their role in students’ motivation, within an educational context. It also analyzes how a less fragmented approach to some ecology content may contribute positively to the learning process.
