The NIFLAR project seeks to contribute to innovation and improvement in foreign language education by enriching learning context using ICT tools. The aim is to attempt to overcome limitations experienced in current foreign language practices by developing a blended learning system. The b-learning system to be promoted is a combination of classroom lessons and networked communication among peers (foreign language learners and native speakers of the target-language). Students will use an e-learning environment: video-web communication. It allows synchronous communication, be it oral or written interaction, sharing documents or writing a document together
