The focus of this work is to present a reflection on the training of early childhood education professionals, based on their training needs. In a collaborative perspective, the training needs of these teachers were raised and, together with that, a training proposal was built that contemplated their desires, challenges and needs. reflective encounters and diaries. We base ourselves on the foundations of Gatti (2009), Ibiapina (2005, 2008), Imbernón (2005, 2016). It is considered that training was configured as a space for exchange, sharing of experiences, experiences, for building knowledge about childhood and early childhood education.
