This article aims to analyze aspects that can contribute to an inventory of Popular Education experiences based on Paulo Freire’s premises and thinking, going through the re-democratization process to the present. Far from being a profound systematization of this entire trajectory, these lines seek, based on a qualitative and bibliographical investigation, to recover its foundations, its main experiences and its articulation with the popular struggles of nowadays.
