This research investigated the impact of the Sistema Integrado de Atendimento Psicopedagógico (Sinapsi) in the school performance of 30 students with severe learning difficulties, enrolled in elementary education from 1st to 4th grade in the Alto Vale do Itajaí region, SC. The tests used with them were the TDE and SDT, and their families carried out the RAF test, all analyzed within the quantitative-descriptive approach. The results were significant, both in the evaluation of drawings prediction and observation, as the skills of reading, writing and arithmetic.
